If I will test something via SSH, wouldn’t it cause even Uboot brick? I mean if I will test some configuration on SSH, Uboot will work fine? Or it is possible to harm even Uboot through SSH?

If you don't alter the partition table U-boot will work fine.

So it cannot be erased via SSH accidentally?
