Uboot web UI is not loading

I have a Slate 7 (GL-BE3600) which I managed to brick while installing a package over SSH with opkg. I’m not sure yet what happened, but the router seemed to restart itself while the package was still installing. It not longer boots and holding the reset button doesn’t help.

I’m trying to do a restore with uboot but I’m stuck. I have my ethernet plugged into the LAN port (not WAN) and the LCD screen is showing instructions to set my IP to 192.168.1.2 and go to 192.168.1.1. These are my ipv4 settings. The connection is established fine.

Am I missing any steps?

I decided to try powering off and booting into uboot mode a second time, and for some reason it worked this time. So I guess this is solved.
