Unable to access UI / internet access on Windows 10?

My ar300m works on all my devices, except when I try to access on Windows 10 there is no internet connection and also 192.168.8.1 doesn’t load

Does anyone have any tips on what could fix this?

First think you need to check is if your windows 10 get an IP address 192.168.8.x. If not, you may have connected to the wrong port, configured as bridge, or your windows 10 actually have another VPN that connect you directly to your vpn server.

You can check your .hosts file for unwanted entries. If you dont find som thing on this file, you can disable you win 10 software firewall for testing.
One more, you can clear your dns cache from your win 10. It can be its possible on console by type “flush dns” or so on. Please chech by internet search before.
