Unable to switch to LTE (4G)

I just received my MiFi model, but it just won’t go into LTE mode.

When I run uqmi -d /dev/cdc-wdm0 --get-signal-info to see the current network I get the following output:

As you can see it’s stuck in wcdma mode. Can someone assist me in getting this thing into LTE (4G) mode?

Can it connect to the carrier?

Please try firmware v2.264 GL.iNet download center

There is a bug in qmi and sometimes it is stuck. But that should not related to “wcdma”
