i have a problem about XE300 router. I have installed it in an office, in a different city than mine so i enabled the web portal function to do the acces by remote mode. The login workd for several month, then yesterday, when i tried to log to the the router, my password diddn't work. Since i cannot go to the office for now, is there a way to solve the problem? is it a stange problem? how is it possible the router changed the password by itself?

What is the exact error message? Does it involve "unknown network error"?
There is not message error. In the login page, when i put the password, it says User or password incorrect
Do you have access via SSH as well, maybe?
i have tried but i cannot. do you confirm that as user i must input root to access via SSH?
Yep, username is root and password is the same like in the GL GUI.
Nothing....it gives this:
GL-XE300 login: root
Password:
Login incorrect
GL-XE300 login:
In that case, the root password was changed.
This could happen due to ... well ... someone changed it. 
so, the only way is going there and reset it. right?
