As a matter of fact I did! I was experimenting with installing vanilla OpenWRT on the router, and with the vanilla (non gl-inet) firmware, The Device for some reason exposed the /dev/ttyUSB2 port in this firmware but not the other, I'm not sure why but it did allow me to correct the settings via AT commands!
