Upgrade LuCI for GL-S1300

I have just bought GL-S1300, and upgraded its firmware to latest 3.203 (which is based on OpenWrt 19.07.7), however, LuCI still says it is using OpenWrt Chaos Calmer 15.05.01.

My main requirement is to have the time-based filter available in more recent versions.

B1300/S1300 are still based on QSDK (CC15.05.1)…
