Using AT&T phone SIM in Spitz AX GL-X3000

Looking to see if anyone has up to date information on what needs to be set (apn, ttl, etc.) to use an AT&T phone sim in the Spitz AX router. I assume I will need to clone the IMEI and likely change TTL. Can anyone help save me some time?

Perhaps. I am sure I would at least need to change the IMEI. But doing some reading last night it appears that AT&T doesn't watch anything other than IMEI and APN, and the APN appears to be pretty well documented. AT&T can be unreasonable at times, so if they detect a hotspot and not a phone it could (unlikely) cause me issues with my account.
