Using gl mifi X750 4g LTE as wireguard server not working

Hello I am trying to setup a wireguard server on my X750 splitz. I cannot connect to the server via clients I have tried with android wireguard app, windows wireguard app. I assume the problem is the server is being ran from a 4g LTE network. Can anyone help me fix this if there is any way. thank you

If you carrier does not offer you a public IP address, you cannot use it as server.

Can you tell me why you want to use it as server?
