Hi all,
I have a Beryl AX with very slow wifi repeater speeds:
- Firmware 4.7.4
- Already reset the firmware after upgrade
- Nothing else configured, just the wifi connection
The router is connected via 5Ghz to the upstream Wifi, as well as to three other devices: 2 notebooks, 1 phone.
- Upstream Wifi usually delivers ~700mbit to connected devices
- When connected through the Beryl, the speeds do not exceed 65mbit
- When the Beryl's upstream is LAN, full speeds are achieved.
So it seems like the upstream link to my primary router (AVM Fritz 1200AX) is the culprit here.
Does anyone have an idea of what the issue is?
(EDIT)
- Upstream router says the link speed to the Beryl is rated as 1.2Gbit via 5Ghz.
- Downgrading to 4.6.9 did not change anything.
