I saw mention somewhere of using goodcloud to view live cameras. In order to be able to access my cameras over a cellular modem that does not support a public ip, I am using a gl-inet router to enable connection to a vpn service that gives me a static ip. This allows me to access my cameras by hitting the static ip and port.
Is it possible somehow to use goodcloud instead of a vpn to access my cameras?

There is no way to use goodcloud directly. If you have two routers, try site2site.

That is a great idea. Put one router at a site with a public ip, put another router at the camera site and link them together with site2site. It may work - I’ll give it a try. Thanks for your input.
