So there is an Openvpn server in S-PC? and you want to configure openvpn in AR300M to connect to S-PC’s openvpn server, right?

Now you said AR300M is connected to the openvpn server and has IP 10.1.1.16. And C-PC has IP 192.168.8.106. This is what it should be.

C-PC is behind AR300M’s firewall so it just get IP from AR300M. But it’s traffic goes to the vpn. This is how vpn router works. Only router is on the VPN network and all its devices will be routed to vpn.

You cannot get 10.1.1.x in C-PC unless you configure vpn in C-PC itself.

In the current settings, if you want to control C-PC from S-PC, then you may need to do some setting in AR300M’s firewall. But I have no experience on this.
