My router is refusing to release the VPN IP after i disconnect. Server nodes on my network keep detecting the VPN IP cant see my native WAN assigned IP.

I have run conntrack -F
Ihave done a

/etc/init.d/dnsmasq restart
/etc/init.d/firewall restart

flushed DNS

Powercycled the router, yet my network devices are still using the VPN IP - I use VPN from the router

Why is it doing this, and why cant I remove the stale stuck VPN

Hi,

We understand that after disconnecting the VPN client on your Flint 2, the connected devices still appear to use the VPN public IP instead of the normal WAN public IP. Is this understanding correct?

Could you please help us confirm the following points?

1. After disconnecting the WireGuard client from the VPN Dashboard, please access the router through SSH and run:

```sh
wg show
```

Does it still show that a tunnel exists?

1. Could you please check whether Tailscale or another separate tunneling service is enabled.
For example, if Tailscale is using an Exit Node, the device traffic may still use another external IP after the WireGuard client is disconnected.

2. Could you please confirm whether this affects all connected devices or only specific devices?
