I go to System > Log > Refresh > Export and I get response "Applied" then "Do you want to download logread.tar?", I click "Download" and then it seems done. Where did the exported log go? It is not on the USB stick I have plugged in. How do I find the exported log file?
It will be downloaded by your browser. So you will find it on your device.
Thanks/ That helped. I now have the exported logs in a "logread" folder. How do I PM a specific support agent? I have looked all over in the support forum, including the person's profile and I do not see any PM link. Secondly, can I then attach file(s) to the PM. I see no way to attach files in the public messages.
