as far as i know, there is nothing like the usb150.

i am using a pi zero with usb dongle. note: there are many types

I been looking too, as my USB150 is now at EOL. This is interesting, as it runs OpenWrt, and has better specifications then my USB150, but I would prefer it be a full product: https://vocore.io/v2.html
