Why AR150 ($25) over MT300N ($19.99)?

I was just wondering with the MT300N being the cheapest in the lineup, if the AR150 is superior?

It seems to have more much lower specs (400Mhz vs 580Mhz & 150mpbs transmission vs 300mpbs)?

MT300N is MTK chips and AR150 is Atheros Chips.

AR150 has a very well-known low power-consumption chip, very stable, has more GPIOs, more extension modules, e.g. RTC. Works with BATMAN mesh protocol. It is a business choice.

MT300N we only target consumer market and make it a router.
