Wifi connected devices lose internet connection regularly

I have a spitz connected to a tplink archer by 200’ ethernet. The following log perfectly matches with times that internet to all connected devices stops even when the modem keeps connection to 4G tower.

There is no IPV6 and I turned off all wifi signals on the radio1 as I connect to the TPLink’s wifi not the Spitz. These messages also appeared before I made any changes. This is my primary internet at my rural home and it makes zoom calls unbearable. Any help is greatly appreciated.
