X3000 mobile app support

When I try to connect to the x3000 with the mobile app I get ‘device not yet supported’
The app is current and so is the x3000. When will mobile app be supported?

It is already supported, please check the version of the app you have installed.


The app was still on an older version even after uninstalling and reinstalling from Google play store. Then this morning the update was available. Now all is working. Thank you.

What do I gain using the app vs. the web UI?

If you are a VPN user the app has many VPN services ready to go out of the box. Just enter your login for your VPN service and it makes it really easy to use.
