I have an X3000 and I keep having the problem that it goes offline, meaning it completely disconnects. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue and can offer some help? A while ago, a support representative remotely blocked the MBN (whatever that is), and it worked better afterward! However, since other problems arose, the device was replaced, and now I'm back to having the modem offline issue! I've already contacted support but haven't received a response. We're currently traveling in our camper van, and I urgently need the router! Unfortunately, I can't block the MBN myself because I don't know how; I have no idea how to do that. Otherwise, I would have tried it myself.
