X3000 No Cellular Internet After Working All Summer

I've been using my X3000 all summer with the sim cards shown below without issue. After it had been powered down for a week I powered it on and do not get an internet connection. I'll add that over the course of the summer I would power the X3000 down during the week between camping trips so this is "normal" usage for me. I have two sims from two different carriers and neither work. The internet status tab shows both sim cards have a connection to the tower but still no internet. Also, both the WAN light and signal strength light are not lit up. I have no idea what might have caused this or how to troubleshoot. Some relevant screen shots below. The router does work correctly using either a USB tethered phone or the ethernet WAN port.

Yes they did but I'm using US Mobile, not US Cellular. And I'm having the issue with my Verizon sim also.

Read too quickly, sorry about that.

Hi

Could you please check whether these SIM cards work fine in other devices, such as your mobile phone?

If they do, please export the modem logs and device logs and PM them to us for further check.

From the log, it appears the module has been registered to the network.
But no sure why you cannot connect to the network.

Could you connect the X3000 to the internet via other method (such as Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi repeater) and connect it to GoodCloud and share it to us, so we can remote check it?

Hi

It looks like you may have mistakenly clicked the "Disconnect" button on the cellular.
After selecting "Auto Setup", everything is working now.
Please check again. If there is still any problem, feel free to let us know.

I’m not sure how I could have clicked “disconnect” as I just powered down the unit after a weekend trip and then a week later powered it up but that said, where is the “Auto Setup” located in the event this happens again? I searched around in the GUI and couldn’t find it.

After clicking ‘Disconnect’, ‘Auto Setup’ will appear in its location.
