X3000 Spitz - 4g no 5g

I only set the router up in the last few days and I am a newbie to this technology.
I am with EE in the UK. I receive full strength signals from a number of 5g towers, but my router is only showing and allowing me to access 4g (Internet in the Admin Panel). I have checked the speed and this confirmed.
How do I get the router to connect to 5g.

Thank you

How fast can the phone use this card?
What is the speed of the router?

Thank you.
Phone has 5g
Router 4g @ 28mbps

Also tried locking a 5g cell tower (there are 6 towers to choose from), but the router is still connected to 4g.

try upgrade

Ok.
I will try the upgrade.

Still only have 4g.
Carried out the above instructions:

AT+QMBNCFG="list" --View the mbn file selected by the current sim card('+qmbncfg: "List",0,1,1,xxxxxx')

Still 4g.

I think it is a weak signal. I am going to try another SIM card. Thank you for your help.

The SIM card is fine.
The modem was using PCIe and not USB.
The solution was:

'AT+QCFG="data_interface",0,0' to use the USB interface

Why would you use the USB interface? This should be PCIe interface.

Is it successfully connected to 5g after using the usb port?
usb ports are much slower

Yes.
Using the USB interface instead of the PCIe interface appears to have solved the connection problem and is more stable. The speed is 200 Mbps download.
