X3000 Spitz modem turning completly OFF for some reason with new firmware 4.4.9. It wont turn ON if unplugged from socket and re plugging in Frequent reboots is a common issue too ---

Will this be a Modem failing issue ? Or Anybody else facing similar problems with X3000 Spitz 5G ---
