X3000 unresponsive after power cycle

My X3000 has become unresponsive after a power cycle. Only the power light comes on, and pressing the reset button does nothing. I've gotten it to come back randomly once or twice, but I don't know how to keep it going. It is on both the latest router and modem firmware. Do I have to factory reset it? Can I save logs before I do?

edit: I managed to get it to boot up, and exported the logs. Is it safe to post them here? The timestamps are off as the router time is off.

edit 2: I sent the logs into the support email. From what I can see, it only has logs from the latest boot.
