X750 3.104 -- system log messages

Hello,

I just upgraded my x750 from 3.028 to 3.104. I am now getting the following messages in my System Log:

Sun Jun 21 18:36:42 2020 kern.info kernel: [ 6891.480418] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): tmp.radio0: link is not ready
Sun Jun 21 18:36:43 2020 kern.info kernel: [ 6892.180309] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): tmp.radio1: link is not ready

every hour or so. This wasn’t occurring before. Any ideas?

edit

I’m getting related messages in the kernel log:

[ 7356.135331] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): tmp.radio0: link is not ready
[ 7357.709515] IPv6: ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): tmp.radio1: link is not ready

How can I fix this? For some background – I have the WiFi interfaces disabled, which I suspect is related. This wasn’t in issue in 3.028.

edit removed cold-boot red herring.

First 3.104 disabled ipv6. Maybe this caused the problem.

The tmp.radio0 etc. seems related to repeater.

I ended up rolling back to 3.028 – I use the logs to determine the stability of my connection, so I can’t have it filling up with irrelevant notifications.

Even after a factory reset, I couldn’t find any other settings to disable IPv6. It definitely seems related to the disabling of the WiFi radios. I’m guessing that the disabling of IPv6 is not complete throughout the firmware.

FYI – I’m not using any repeater mode. Just the wired LAN connection and the LTE radio.
