2.4 Ghz SSID not Showing Up

Hi guys, this is my first post here so please be patient with me.

I just finished updating the firmware of my MT3000 today to 4.7.4, and when I tried to reboot the device (both software and hardware power cycle) I cannot see my 2.4Ghz SSID.

Upon checking my router settings, all are normal — SSID is visible and all, but it is not showing in all of my devices, thus failing to connect with them.

I hope this forum’s experts can guide me how to resolve this issue.

Disclaimer: I am not that technically inclined but I will do my best to follow with your response/s.

Hi,

  1. All wireless clients cannot scan and show the MT3000 2.4GHz WiFi? Including mobile phones, laptops, etc.
  2. Please manually select the channel 1 in "GL GUI > Wireless".
  3. Please try to reset the firmware.
  4. Please try to manually download the firmware and flash the firmware in uboot mode.
