I have 2 x Flint Routers running stock and just updated to v4.8.4
Primary Router 1 is connected to the internet and broadcasts on the 192.168.50.x network
The new secondary Flint 2 i just bought by default is on the 192.168.8.x network.
I’ve tried to setup WDS by connecting the new secondary flint 2 via WDS to the 5G Wireless network on The Primary router - this appears to be sucessful.
However the secondary flint does not appear as a client on the Primary - and the devices that connect to the secondary all lose connectivity.
Is there a step missing here?
Hi
Based on your description, it appears that the secondary Flint 2 may have lost its connection to the primary Flint 2.
Can you still see the secondary router listed as Online under Admin Panel → Clients on the primary router?
No i couldn’t see the secondary router as a client of the primary ..
I had to use a network scanner to find the right IP ..
After trying again to reconfigure it seems to be working OK now
Thanks.

I have the same problem, I cannot find the second Flint 2. How can I solve it?
Hi,
Just to make sure I understand your issue correctly, do you mean that you are unable to find the second Flint 2 in the client list of the main router?
Could you please try resetting the second Flint 2 and then configure the WDS connection again to connect it to the main router’s Wi-Fi?
Yes, I cannot find the second Flint in the list of clients.
I did reset and reconfiguration several times, but it's always the same result.
