4.4.14 drastically decreased speed of Puli AX (GL-XE3000), tried to downgrade but speed still remains significantly lower

I've just had this router for one day so far , it was delivered today, I ordered it from the official Ali express store
Hi, I set up my spitz ax3000 pauli out of the box and changed the imei, , and configured some settings. When I did all this I was able to get 5g consistently. My speed was 346mbs + upload and 40 mbs download

Then on my router a new firmware update was available; I updated the router and now the speeds have significantly decreased down to 60 mbs and 7 upload, I can't even get it past 100 mbs anymore,Its odd how one update can just mess up the router.

I would really like some assistance here to fix this, I've tried downgrading multiple times , even reseting all the settings and reconfiguring but nothing works.

Slightly fixed , flashed firmware, reset router, reconfigured dns speeds are 120 mbs on 2.5gz and 230 mbs on 5g , thou its inconsistent, I tried band locking but that made the sim "not activated"

Also adjusted load balancing in multi wan and turned of monitoring , managed to push speeds to 400+ mbs . Solved the problem myself thanks
