4.7.0-op24
My flint 2 does not recognize the gl-inet m2 module with rm520n-gl. In qmi it does not see it at all, while in ndis it sees it but as usb tethering. I am interested in it working as a cellular modem and not tethering

Im also waiting for a new stable firmware. Checking the download oage every day but nothing new i really hope that you dont put all work in flint 3 now. A device is only as good as its firmware. A stabile op24 firmware with your Gui and new features would be awesome ! Most users dont need a flint 3, they need a stable and awesome flint 2.
We are working on v4.8 firmware and not given up on the op24 firmware.
We know that op24 firmware is very popular with some users and always run op24 firmware.
We will update the op24 firmware after the stable version of v4.8 firmware is released. Thank you very much, let's wait together.
Is it connected via 2.4GHz WiFi? If there are many 2.4GHz devices around, they may be interfered with, affecting the stability of the wireless connection.
You can try fixed channel CH1/6/11, and the bandwidth is fixed at 20MHz.
The response speed of web page opening may be related to DNS.
Please change to large DNS services such as Google, Cloudflare, Quad9, etc. in ADG setting page > Settings > DNS settings.
If ADG is disabled, will the web page open faster? Is the ADG loaded many large filter rules?
Yes the device only supports 2.4 Ghz, I have already tried with all channels but without results.
After further checks it seems that the problem occurs only on my Lenovo T470 Notebook equipped with an Intel 8265 WiFi card, the PC is right next to the Flint 2, signal at maximum, The strange thing is that sometimes for a small period of time the pages load almost normall, with my main smartphone and with another old smartphone it does not occur, I also tried with my main PC connected via Ethernet and there too no problem.
That's the impression I had at first, but then it seemed to me that even with its deactivation the problem remains, on Adgurd there are only 2 lists loaded, the predefined ones.
I understand that you are just the messenger here, but some users are awaiting a supported Open-Source (OP) firmware release. Additionally, as communicated by gl-inet, a nearly simultaneous release of both firmware versions was promised. Finally, beta testers do not anticipate a five-month beta period without any updates. Some users like myself probably do not care about the open-source nature of the firmware but rather want to address issues with features and bugs in the closed-source firmware - in my case, specifically to make sure DFS functions correctly between multiple GL-inet devices with different chipsets. Please help escalate this to the higher-ups and provide a release schedule for a fully supported version of OP24. Currently, the download center only offers a release candidate and a beta version, and there is no official release available.
Ideally, the team should run betas simultaneously for both builds and simship them.
Lets be honest this thread is a mess, GL also operate a Discord and there should be an OP24 specific channel, and a wiki dedicated to the OP24 versions with common issues and resolutions.
I have another problem, I have 2 repeaters connected to the flint 2 to extend the signal in some areas where it does not arrive.
My Notebook and my smartphone that are in the same room as the Flint 2 in a totally random way disconnect and connect to the farthest repeater, it happens quite often and at the same time on both, while with other devices it does not happen or happens rarely.
With the fritzbox I had before, always with the same repeaters, it didn't happen.
I forgot to report another problem, but i can't say if it was also in the old firmware or in 4.7.0 op21, my provider uses ipv6, and uses map-e to get the ipv4 address.
The problem is that the slow opening of the pages that i had reported before i discovered that it depends on ipv6, if i disable it from the clients the problem disappears and navigation is fast and fluid.
This problem did not exist with the previous router, a fritzbox.
Unfortunately i cannot disable ipv6 from the router otherwise the line no longer works.
Question:
I installed luci-mod-dashboard, and I noticed that in the "Wireless" screen the statistics on device data unlike the gl.inet web interface are correct, I have hardware acceleration enabled and from there it tells me that they are not, and in fact they are, but from luci instead they are correct.
Why this difference?
