Tested the new 4.7.1 Beta. Online clients are not showing up in the client list. Reset to defaults and rebooted the router. Still no Online clients showing up in the list.
The clients list of my X3000 seems work ok, including the wired and wireless devices.
Please share your router screenshot and SSH to router:
arp -a
@bruce I just want to add that my Spitz shows only 1 wired client yet there are several wireless clients on the network and operating fine. Something does seem to be a UI issue somewhere.
Edited to add: The wireless devices are also not listed in the offline list either, just to be clear.
Yeah, I posted the issue few days ago:
Spitz x3000 WebUI client list issue for firmware 4.7.1 12.18.2024 build - #4 by calichiu.
In addition, unlike desktop browser, the Apps on the contrary, lists all online clients as wired connection.
Hello guys,
Anyone willing to provide a remote check via the goodcloud?
I really haven't reproduced it, would like to check the issue remotely.
Thanks in advance!
Update, we have reproduced, under checking.
Thank you.
Hi,
The newer firmware has updated and improved this issue, please upgrade the latest beta firmware.
Update to the Client list works now.
Can you also look into why every tab shows "No Internet Connection" even though it is connected?
The updates are appreciated! Thank you!
Edit: Apparently, I'm not the only one with this issue but I was able to click on the icon on the upper right and go thru the steps of configuring the router even though I was already connected. Once I went thru the steps, the router then showed that I was connected. So, apparently there is a little software glitch in the connection status when a user upgrades from a previous version and "Keeps Settings" as opposed to going thru the configuration guide(Connection Wizard).
Confirmed. Update fixes Client issue
Not for me.
I have seen that issue recently, but I cannot say for sure it was on my Spitz AX. Sorry.
Upgrading without a reset for such a big upgrade isn't advisable anyway and I knew better than to do it. But, the developers made it easy to do and I was just testing the new version anyway so... It was just something I wanted to point out. I've seen others post on here that also showed no connection in their screen shots but yet they were connected as well so I know I wasn't the only one. Running thru the new connection wizard solved the issue so I just wanted others to be aware. It is not a critical issue at all in my opinion. Adding network statistics and the ability to add my own custom AT commands is more important to me. I ended up switching back to latest stable version until other issues with v4.7.* are addressed. But the GL-X3000 does EXACTLY what I need it to do, while I traverse the USA in a RV, and I am appreciative of the efforts of the team.
