Ability to manage policy based clients in app and gui clients list. Suggestions

So as per the title really.

I think it would be neat if we could actually manage the VPN settings from within the mobile app.

Things like being able to change proxy mode, being able to view, add / remove clients from policy based rules list etc, so an option to quickly add a client to the VPN policy list by clicking on the client under "Connected clients" (where the settings are to block, rename - there would be a toggle to use VPN policy based rule list - default toggle off)

On the web GUI side I would also like the ability to be able to click the 3 dots of a client from the clients list and depending if the policy based VPN rule is enabled then there would be an option to "add client to VPN policy based rule list" a bit like when you have hardware acceleration enabled you get the option to modify speed but if hardware acceleration is disabled that option isn't available. So the check for having the option would be if policy based rules are enabled.

This next suggestion would apply both gui and mobile app.
A little light indicator beside each client (on the web GUI clients list which would also appear on the connect clients list on the mobile app) that is using policy based routing to easily distinguish which client is getting routed without going via the list again to check.

Any chance my feature request are being considered?

Hi,

We have checked your requirements.

After discussion, find that the requirements of the APP part may be difficult to achieve, since the entire APP layout needs to be reconstructed.

Maybe it will be taken into when glinet APP updates a major version in the future.

It is currently recommended to login to the GL GUI to operate these settings.
GL GUI supports dynamic adaptive pages, adapt to mobile and desktop client.

For the client list can be checked or unchecked the special client when the VPN policy is "VPN Policy Based on the Client Device", we may evaluate this requirement in depth.

Thank you for your feedback.

Thanks for the reply. I understand your reasoning and hopefully look forward to some implementation in the near future.
