Access SD drive on GT3000 & My Mac

I cannot access my sd or thumb drive from my mac computer. When I use smb://192.168.8.1 and click connect I get a request for my user name and password. I cannot find either. Can somebody tell me where I can find my user name. It tells me that I should us the one created to access the server. I do not use a user name to login to the router, I only us a password. Please assist me. Thanks. Jan

P.S. I know it is there because using the iPhone app I can access the connected drive.

So you didn’t create any user for access, correct?

Guess you need to do this before.

Thank you, I did create one and when I type in those credentials nothing happens and it does not accept them.
