Accessing a gateway router behind Flint

Hi everyone. I’m a new user of these products, having recently picked up a Flint 3 to use as my main router.

Due to the way my house is wired, i have a router which sits near the modem but just deals with authentication to my ISP (lets call it Router 1). I then want to connect a cable from this device and feed this to my Flint, which will be the main router for the household (lets call this Router 2). I can open up Router 1 to give Router 2 full internet access. But i want to be able to connect to the GUI of Router 1 from my LAN. I did this previously with another router.

Would someone be able to help me out how to do this with the Flint please?

Hi

I think you can simply access Router 1 GUI via its LAN address like this.

Topology:

MT3000 (192.168.8.1) <---> BE9300 (192.168.18.1) <---> My PC

Unless I completely misunderstood the OP question, I just use WiFi to access the other router. I have three routers, Gateway router is a Starlink Gen 2, then connected (double NAT) to the Starlink, I have a Flint 2 and a Slate 7. I am hardwired to the Slate 7 (rest of the family use the Flint 2) and when I want to access the Flint 2, I connect to it’s WiFi.
