Add Surfshark Multihop VPN (US - US) on GTL-MT3000?

Does anyone know how to set up a Multihop VPN, US - US (via Houston - Los Angeles) on the GTL-MT3000 router? I have a Surfshark account and created the multihop connection via the Surfshark app on my Mac, but am not sure how to download the configuration files (if needed?) or if I need to enter any information manually on the GTL-MT3000 setup page. Thoughts?

I don’t think multihop is possible with surfshark manual config. But really not sure🤷‍♂️

Multihop is not currently implemented, it is recommended that you use 2 routers in series
