Adguard (flint 2) and smart tv (philips) issue

Hello all,
sorry for my english.

with latest flint 2 firmware 4.7.4, if I setup Adguard on my network (flint 2 connected to isp router) my philips smart tv (saphi os) stop working and tell me "philips server not found, try again".

If I shutdown adguard and reboot the flint 2 everything works.

I set a static ip to the tv and set adguard rule for exclude the device from filtering without success.

Any hints?

In the past I use this tv with beryl ax and adguard without issue, maybe some update from philips or glinet/adguard who broke something?

You will need to check which domains are blocked by your AdGuard instance and then you need to grant access to them. Mostly not an bug, just some updated block list.

I try with no result.
only ads url are block, I try to change list with no success. only disable adguard work.

What upstream DNS do you use? Try to use another one.

Into the Adguard control panel setting, dns page, I changed the default one (9.9.9.9 ecc) with the adguard family one.

I try another. Thanks!

The problem was the Adguard DNS who blocked the philips service.
Time for a feedback to adguard team :wink:
