I don’t think this is possible but can I run Adguard if the Flint 2 is in Access Mode? I don’t see it listed in Applications.

In AP mode, Layer 3 and above functions — such as DHCP, DNS, and routing — are handled by the upstream router.
The MT6000 only forwards traffic at Layer 2, so AdGuard Home will not be available in this mode.
