Admin password not accepted - reset not working

I just upgraded the firmware on GL-X3000NR and when the modem re-booted it would not accept the password to access the Admin. The manual reset (10 second) button does nothing and the modem stays on. Password has not changed.

Any advice on how to change the admin password, reset or log-in? Try too many times and have the waiting error!! Quite frustrating at the moment.

Thank you but still no access. Is there anyway to factory reset to get access again? Even though the router reset button does not function.
