Alarm Notifications

I checked the manual on how to configure device online/offline notifications and the manual says "You can set email alarm when a device is online, offline, and new client connected.
At left side -> Notifications, create alarm rules."

But I do not have a 'create alarm rules' option at all when I log into Good cloud.
What am I missing?

The Notifications page always takes a long time to load for me.
Today it is not loading at all.

I have tried refresh multiple times. I use Google Chrome and the progress bar gets stuck at approx 95%

This is the access test record I just took. The page loads in about 1 second. Is your network environment normal? Please try changing the browser.

So I had tried Chrome and Edge earlier.
I now tried Firefox and it worked.
Any Idea why chrome/edge are both failing (same engine internally ?)
