Allow inbound TCP for HTTP 80 and HTTPS 443 when VPN client is enabled

Update. I rebuilt the router by resetting to avoid the problem in

Cannot access to the GL-GUI after updating to stable 4.6.2

I cannot remember what option, but I did say 'Yes' to an option to keep (something) when I started updating, which was maybe 'settings', but can also be 'installed packages'.

And now everything works as expected with the VPN client enabled.
