AmneziaWG 3.x support for Flint 3

Hi GL.iNet team,

I’m using a Flint 3 and really need proper support for the newer AmneziaWG 3.x versions.

For users in restricted countries, this is becoming increasingly important. Standard WireGuard is often degraded or blocked, and the older AmneziaWG implementation is becoming much less useful as filtering gets better.

A lot of us buy GL.iNet routers specifically because they’re good for this kind of use case, so it would be great if support for newer AmneziaWG versions could move a bit faster.

Even basic support for importing and running current AWG 3.x configs on Flint 3 would already help a lot.
