An offline router keep showing as "Online" on GoodCloud

Hi,
Many others reported that their online routers showing as offline, but mine is the opposite.
I unplugged the router few days ago but still showing as screenshot below.

I doubt that this kind of issue is suitable to be posted as a "topic" on this forum, however "Support" menu item on GoodCloud leads me to here.

Could you PM me your device MAC address? I will check it.

Sent the MAC. :slightly_smiling_face:

It seems that the program did not process the device offline message in time, or the program was deploying a new version at that time. We will look into the reason. I manually marked your device as offline. Thank you very much for your feedback.

I don't remember the exact time I unplugged, anyway maybe it was close to or during the downtime. I can guess the reason now.

This time it was fine because I already knew it was unplugged, but I expected I'll be noticed if there's any unexpected disconnection occurred.

I don't know anything about how GoodCloud system works and I think there are already similar logics are running, however IMO it'd be better to have an alternative logic to handle exceptions like this. e.g., Mark a device offline unconditionally if it can't be reached for 3+ consecutive times and/or 120+ seconds.
