Android app's block button automatically return to unblock

hi,
i shd be using the latest android app,
with an opal, (indeep i got brume too).

when i wanna block a tablet from opal,
i tap the block button in the app,
a circle moves to the Right.
then,
several seconds later (~10),
it automatically RETURNS back to the unblock position (Left).

please advise.

if possible i could provide versions info.

the android app is 2.40(172)
this is really ridiculous.

anyway, if do the blockage by web browser, it’s normal.
so i 'll have to do it thru browser now.

Make sure the router doesn’t kick you off the network when you change settings as that will give you false pages.
