Dear GL.iNet Community Members,
We want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our community translators who dedicated their time and expertise into translating our user interface into multiple languages, including German, Spanish, Italian, and Japanese. Our service is more accessible to international users, no matter what language they speak.
To thank our community translators for the valuable contributions they dedicated, we’ll be sending special gifts to those who submitted multiple translations. We’ll keep you posted with further details soon.
GL.iNet is always looking for ways to improve the user experience of our products, and we’ve been listening to our users’ feedback. We have a global audience speaking different languages, like French and Portuguese, and we want to provide them with better support. We’re also continuously updating our firmware with new releases, and want to ensure our router interface is up-to-date in different supported languages.
We are continuously expanding our language options for our router interface. Your contributions will impact our global audience, providing them with a more inclusive experience.
We invite you to become our community translators to contribute translations in languages that are not supported yet or need further enhancement. These include languages besides English and Chinese.
To submit your translations, please visit Translation Platform to:
- Submit Translations: You can submit translations for new interface text in already supported languages and report bugs for existing interface text.
- Initiate Translations: You can start translating into your own native languages, enabling us to expand our language offerings even further.
To use your translations:
- Download and Upload: You can download translation language packs from GitHub and upload them to the router. This method allows you to add languages that are not built-in or fix language errors in the interface, ensuring a seamless user experience for all.
