Any script to connect wifi as repeater as soon as it drops

Hello,

I am using my glinet router as repeater. Sometimes, it doesn’t stay connect to the hotspot. It drops so I have to go to 192.168.8.1 and join again. Is there a script that stays connected or join as soon as it disconnected?

There is no alternate SSID for a 5GHz access point, all over they have the same SSID. I see sometimes the router connect to 2.4GHz and the other times 5Ghz. Is there a way to stay to ony one? they have the same name.

On the contrary, there is a script on the router to try to switch the ssid.

You can just disable it

/etc/init.d/gl_health stop
/etc/init.d/gl_health disable
