AP Router does not get any IP from Brume 2

I use Brume 2 as my main router. I connected my Huawei HG8145X6 to Brume 2 LAN port. It is in AP Mode. I disable DCHP server on Huawei but it seems like it does not received any IP from main router(Brume 2), what could possibly went wrong? I use this Huawei HG8145X6 router as my wifi router, it get WAN ip from main router(Brume 2) but client that connected to Huawei HG8145X6 does get any IP. I thought it should received it since main router(brume 2) has already enabled DHCP server

Can test the LAN interface of the brume 2 with the PC via cable.

If the above the LAN interface works, please check the Huawei router configuration, it is supposed to be choose the Bridge AP mode.
