Are nf_conntrack warnings serious?

My logs are showing an endless stream of the following:
... kern.warn kernel: [14280.440774] nf_conntrack: nf_conntrack: table full, dropping packet

Is this something serious I should worry about?
I'm getting very flaky internet service, so am trying to see if my router could be at fault.

Hi,

Do you have this scenario for concurrent connections in P2P downloads?

Is the networking of the client affected, such as packet loss, high latency, etc?

If the above situation does not occur, this log can be ignored.

None of those situations that I'm aware, although I can't be sure of the timing.
Or does message like following have a timestamp embedded?

[14280.386663] net_ratelimit: 959 callbacks suppressed

[14280.xx] is the timestamp (seconds), which is the continuous running time of the device kernel. For example, 14280 is about 4 hours, and it can be inferred when the event occurs.

If these conditions do not occur, this log event can be ignored.
