I have a wireguard VPS on Vultr and it´s working fine with the AX3000 but I need access a LAN resource through the VPN, did anyone have made this?

The LAN of AX3000? or another router?

On the LAN of the AX3000 I have a HP server with RedHat that needs many open ports.

So you have a wireguard server.

AX3000 (pls tell the exact models, maybe MT3000?) is connected to the Wireguard Server.

Your computer is also connected to the Wireguard Server from another network.

You want to access your HP server behind MT3000?

First, routing on your Wireguard server
On your Wiregaurd server you need to enable clients to access each other and set up routing to your LAN behind MT3000.
See Building a Site-2-Site network manually using two GL.iNet routers(SDK 4.X) Step 9. Although it is your own server, you should try to do same routings.

Second, auto detect routing on MT3000
