AXT1800 + Adguard + [fatal] filtering: filtering: unknown blocked-service "box"

I noticed my Adguard didn't seem to be working as I started seeing ads, though I didn't understand what was happening at first.

I rebooted my router and logged in. It immediately prompted me to install the latest firmware, and I did. This is now my current system AFTER the firmware upgrade:

|Model|GL Technologies, Inc. AXT1800|
|Architecture|ARMv7 Processor rev 4 (v7l)|
|Target Platform|ipq807x/ipq60xx|
|Firmware Version|OpenWrt 21.02-SNAPSHOT r16399+173-c67509efd7 / LuCI openwrt-22.03 branch git-21.284.67084-e4d24f0|
|Kernel Version|4.4.60|

I tried turning off the adguard application in the router. Seemed to turn off fine. When I turn adguard application back on, it just does this:

...and nothing else after that. I don't know what "box" is.

Help?

Did you update AdGuard Home manually at any time?

Hello, admon.

I have been using the AXT1800 for about eight months now. I don't know how to update adguard manually in the router. I simply update the firmware whenever it tells me to. It's always just "worked" until lately, and now it appears the process won't start at all. The only thing I've done is go into the adguard admin interface (port 3000, I think), via the link that is presented on the adguard application in the axt1800 admin interface where you set the application to be on or off. Inside the adguard admin interface, when I first got the router, I picked which filtering rules I wanted it to use. It worked great from that point forward, until recently. I have not ever had any reason to go in and change my filtering settings. The only things I've ever changed in the router itself was the name, a static IP, the dhcp scope definition, and to turn on the adguard application. I don't use any other applications in the router.

Anybody have any ideas?
