AXT1800 Bridge Mode Problem

Hello, I am new among you. I have Axt1800. I use cable internet (coax), the modem works smoothly in router mode, but when I switch to Bridge mode and want to use Axt1800 as a router, I can't get an IP.
Some of the procedures I tried are as follows;
When the modem was in router mode; I turned off the firewall, turned off the wifi, turned off the dhcp and turned on in bridge mode. I connected the modem from the Lan1 port to the wan port of my Axt1800 device. No matter what I did, it was not connected. I cloned the mac address of the modem, I tried the random mac, I cloned the mac of a device where the modem gets ip while the router is in mode and accesses the internet without any problems, but in vain.

None of them worked. The service provider's customer service is terrible, they don't understand anything. So I couldn't solve the problem with them either. How can I identify and solve the problem? Is there an extra config that needs to be done on Axt1800?

Hello,

If Modem is changed to bridge mode, AXT1800 needs PPPoE dial to get the authentication to obtain the IP.

Please ask your ISP what is your broadband PPPoE username and password.

Your network cable connection and configuration look like no problem.

Hello,

Thank you for your reply, but the service provider I use does not have PPPoE user information. It assigns ip according to the mac address of the modem. We determined that the problem was caused by my service provider and the problem was solved. Now I am dealing with SQM for the bufferbloat problem, but I could not find enough resources, I will open a separate forum topic for this. thank you.
