B1300 setup to bridge ethernet cabled network?

I have two (2) B1300 with Current Firmware. I need to setup to bridge existing cabled Ethernet network to another room where a wired switch connects for a few cabled only devices using little bandwidth.

I have tried setup in repeater mode but the other sides Ethernet cable is on a different network which prevents a stupid device from working correctly, it expects to be on the same broadcast domain. And repeater mode goes brain dead to often and needs to be setup again.

Would MESH mode work better and keep everything on the same network segment (both Ethernet LAN Cables)?

Mesh will keep everything in the same subnet.

Or use extender mode in more settings->network mode.
