Beryl AX issues

Hi!

My Beryl AX starts to behave strange.

Right after I try to connect it as repeater, admin panel became inaccessible or even it's own WLAN cannot be reconnected.

Here is screenshot: link

@bruce or @alzhao please check this.

If you need it's configuration I can send it to you via PM, but please, message me first because I am new here and I cannot initiate communication.

Both 2.4G and 5G cannot be connected?

When you set up repeater, can you lock to 2.4G or 5G so that the other radio is not affected? Or do you have a cable that can connect to the router and get the log?

Hello,

Our team technical support colleague is communicating with you in the ticket.

Is Beryl AX repeater ok if it connects to a phone hotspot?
Please try installing the op24-4.7.5 firmware: GL.iNet download center

If no luck, we may need remote to check your router via GoodCloud, please share it with us.

Just keep communicating in the email, and we attach great importance to your questions.

If issue happen it either kicks me from own wi-fi, or gl panel becomes inaccessible.

Same issue.

I have cable, but there is nowhere to plug it. My laptop doesn't have LAN port.

If via wifi - same issue.

It seems no issues on this firmware. But there is no GL panel and critical features like BSSID randomization or VPN support, so I am not okay to stay with it.

How can I? It simply cannot connect as repeater to get internet. And there is no cable connections i think in several tens of miles.

Hello,

There is GL GUI in op24-4.7.5 firmware, and also BSSID and VPN features.

Did you have way to connect the router with tethering to phone? which refer to Good Cloud remote support.

But why I can only see LuCi on this firmware?

Can you provide screenshot?

Via LuCi it is connected as repeater fine on op24-4.7.5.

I am looking how to do this. Because yesterday I tried and get huge bill for sharing internet.

UPD: Flashing op24-4.7.5 firmware helped.

Issue disappeared. Seems to be an issue with main firmware line. I will stay on op24-4.7.5 firmware.
